| Welcome To My Home Page!! My name is Robert E. Rust, Sr. Most folks call me Bob. I am from Fayetteville, Ga. and own Rust Airstrip, Inc., located on 75 acres in south Fayette County. My passion is restoring antique aircraft. I have two biplanes on display in the Champlin Fighter Museum in Arizona.
I want to share with the world some of my vast past experiences involving aircraft. I have several pictures for your viewing pleasure. Some of family, some of friends, some in color, some in black and white. They all have one thing in common... They tell the story of my life and how I managed to see my lifelong dream of having my own airstrip come to fruition. Another dream of mine is to have my Nieuport 28 rebuilt and flying. It will be a beautiful biplane when it is restored! A true labor of love for aircraft... I will keep you updated on that project!
